VBHI is organising an evening dedicated to the prevention of strokes on Wednesday, 29th October at 6:00 PM at the Café des Sciences at Cap Sciences!
What is a stroke? How does imaging research contribute to stroke prevention?
In a friendly setting conducive to discussion, come and meet two brain health experts to better understand strokes and the latest advancements in research (in French).
- Dr. Stéphane Olindo, neurologist at the Neuro-Vascular Department of CHU Bordeaux, will explain what a stroke is, how to recognise it, and why prevention is essential.
- Dr. Michel Thiébaut de Schotten, CNRS research director, University of Bordeaux, and VBHI Deputy Director, will show how brain imaging is helping us to better understand and anticipate strokes.
Ask your questions, engage directly with the speakers, and leave with valuable insights on how to take action!
